STEP 2

BRAINSTORM Session

​

We will set up a phone call to discuss your ideas. Ahead of the call, I will ask you to fill out a form to help me best prepare for our conversation.

STEP 3

SECURE My Services

​

I will promptly generate an invoice for your consideration. Upon receipt of a 50% payment of the invoice, I will begin crafting your custom, hand-lettered pieces. This is hands down my favorite part! In cases where on-site hand-lettering services are requested, the 50% payment of the invoice will secure my services for your day.

STEP 4

DELIVERY of Pieces

 

Standard pick up of hand-lettered pieces will be available the day before the event or a pre-determined date.

​

Nationwide shipping is available for select items. Pick up is free in St. Joseph, Michigan. Delivery services within 100 miles from St. Joseph, Michigan are available for an additional fee depending on my availability. Delivery of pieces to the venue is included if I am reserved for on-site hand-lettering services.

 

The remaining 50% payment of the invoice will be due the day before pick up.
